About

I am Wuju, a South Korean cartoonist and illustrator living in the United Kingdom.

I am best known for my cartoon series Penguin Loves Mev which is published on Naver Webtoon in Korea, Japan and China as well the global version in English.  I have published 4 books in two languages and have a range of merchandise.  Penguin loves Mev has also been featured as an example of character art in high school art textbooks.

I have drawn illustrations for a range of publications including books, magazines, websites and emoticons for a popular chat app.

In addition to this I have drawn illustrations and cartoons for companies for the purposes of advertising and educationion both in print and online.

I have also published my own cookery book introducing British food to South Koreans.
